Mandala Meditation Guidance

Mandalas are not only a beautiful art form, they can also be used as a powerful meditation to help you access your creative flow.

The radial symmetry of the circle reminds us of the universal principle of unity, while the component lines and shapes remind us of the fractal nature of manifested reality.

I’ve been making mini-mandalas as a meditation practice for more than five years now. Each one is drawn freehand in a single session (lasting 20-30 minutes) without a ruler, compass, or software.

You don’t need to have any artistic talent to benefit from this practice. It’s about the process and training a meditative mindset; it’s not about how pretty the final product is.
