This is for those who are in heart-sourced, purpose-led business of helping others, and want to do business differently (evolving beyond extractive capitalism) but are wondering how to best nourish and support themselves in the process.

The session opens with a group meditation to align our frequency in right relationship with resource, offering, and receivers. It includes an open discussion and exploration of different aspects of pricing in an abundant and interdependent New Earth paradigm, and offers things to consider if we want to create an "attraction economy" instead of an "extraction economy". There's plenty of mind yoga here to help you see and start to opt out of the conditioning of scarcity, lack, and fear.

Are you a helper, a healer, a teacher, a facilitator, a coach... wanting to do good in the world while doing well for yourself? It's not easy, creating a New Earth, while working within the confines of the old system....

You’ve probably heard the rally cry to “get paid what you’re worth” from those teaching financial empowerment. But look closer, and you might see this as old-school shame and oppression dressed up in a new age disguise.

(Spoiler alert: What you’re getting paid has nothing to do with what you are worth. It has to do with the ecosystem you happen to be located in.)

It doesn’t matter what we’re selling, we’re largely still playing by the rules of extractive capitalism. It’s not our fault — this is the default program we all come pre-installed with. Collectively, we haven’t figured out what the alternative is yet.

GETTING PAID... WITHOUT SELLING YOUR SOUL

I want to open a space for conscious conversation around this. On Sunday, February 2, I will host an online session on setting price for your product or service — with reverence for the sovereignty and power of receivers, and without falling into unconscious, manipulative, nervous system triggering tactics.

We will practice approaching the process of pricing offerings from a frequency of abundance instead of scarcity, and see if we can expand our sight beyond trading time for money.
